These are some installers for docbook on Win32 (ie: Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP, 2003).
The xsltproc installer has binaries taken from Igor Zlatovic's libxml page. The docbook-xsl installer contains no binaries, and is just a repackaged version of the tarball from the DocBook Open Repository Project. The installers are made with NSIS, and a copy of the installer source is in the .nsi file.
Please note that while xsltproc is licensed under the MIT License, there are compiled versions of other project's code in that package. Please see their respective documentations for further information.
For information on changes to the installers, please see the ChangeLog. Please also remember to uninstall old versions of the software installed with this installer before installing new versions. The URLs in the installers still point to ratemyrackmountedserver.com. Please ignore - the domain was hijacked by scammers.
