xrdp-9999-004-ignore-client-auth-on-preset.patch is no longer required as the functionality has been merged into xrdp CVS HEAD in xrdp/xrdp/xrdp_wm.c r1.63.

Ebuild has been updated accordingly to no longer use this patch.
